You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.  We can ship products anywhere in the world and are confident you will find our shipping rates fair and reasonable.   We proudly ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS.

Return Policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Door Knockers and Bells .com.  If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping fees. 

Please contact us to receive complete instructions on returning merchandise.  Please allow up to 14 days for credits to be processed.  Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment or by store credit.  You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item (including tax) less any shipping fees you paid on the order.  Also, you are responsible for shipping the returned item to us.   

Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all instructions and inserts.
